For Roombeek Water, Lester built a small gas-house, based on a historic Dutch design (1928), but pierced with four periscopes. This mysterious house is located in the new district Roombeek in Enschede, the Netherlands. The holes of the periscopes in the house create frames through which one can view the sights of the immediate environment.
